My kids are not big fans of school lunch. I'm certain that they aren’t the only ones either! Of course, we parents come to the rescue, right?! It’s 6 A.M. and we’re scrambling around in the kitchen packing lunchboxes!
Every parent feels good about sending their kid/s out the door each morning knowing that they have a lunch that they will actually eat. Seriously, who wants to welcome home a hungry, headache ridden kiddo that didn't eat all day?! Been there, done that, and NO thanks!
Throughout the years, I've purchased it all. Thermos', containers, water bottles, you name it, I've bought it! Some were worth the money, and others not so much. So, I want to share with you some of the absolute BEST lunchbox items that we love!
Let's start with the Bentgo leak-proof container. I’m completely obsessed with these! I have twin 5-year-olds, and they each have individual tastes. These containers have 5 separate compartments that make variety simple! Mornings can be hectic around here, so I really need to be able to prep parts of their lunch the night before! I can do that easily with this container! I can prep fruits and vegetables, crackers, dipping sauce, and so much more and just stick them in the refrigerator to finish in the morning. I don't recommend making sandwiches the night before as they sometimes get soggy, and that's no good for anyone!
